Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from Regis Jesuit University, Denver, with his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. Prior to obtaining his bachelor’s, Nicholas graduated magna cum laude from Pikes Peak Community College with an associate degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Paralegal Studies.
He has furthered his education by obtaining a certificate in Paralegal Studies, has completed coursework to be an eligible mediator in the state of Colorado, and has been a commissioned notary public since 2014.
Prior to joining the Leventhal Lewis team, with his exhaustive knowledge of business, Nicholas helped establish and develop a small, start-up family law practice.
He has ten years’ legal experience, during which time he has provided principal legal support to well-known attorneys in Colorado in cases involving high-asset dissolution of marriage cases, class-action and multi-plaintiff lawsuits, complex civil litigation matters, trust and estate litigation, and employment law including matters involving the Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Colorado Overtime and Minimum Pay Standards Act, and whistleblower proceedings. As a part of the Leventhal Lewis team, Nicholas is a zealous advocate for our clients.
Outside of work, Nicholas enjoys spending time with his spouse and family and can regularly be caught enjoying the outdoors, playing volleyball, and working out at the gym.
