Hannah Herbst is an associate attorney at Leventhal Lewis. Among other things, Hannah practices employment law and general civil and commercial litigation. She is determined to approach legal issues and client interactions with compassion and drive.
During law school, Hannah had a wide range of legal experience. Having experience in both transactional work and litigation, Hannah approaches issues with a well-rounded perspective. Hannah was a judicial intern for the Honorable Robert L. McGahey, Jr. in the Denver District Court where she learned the importance of skillful, client-centered lawyering. Driven by her passion for employment law, Hannah worked for the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment where she helped assist individuals impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Hannah graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder with a bachelor’s degree in biology. During college, Hannah studied abroad in Dublin, Ireland and was an active member in Phi Alpha Delta – International Law Fraternity and Phi Sigma Pi – National Honor Fraternity. She is a graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law where she was the President of the Business Law Society and wrote for the Denver Journal of International Law and Policy.
Hannah is a member of both the Thompson and Lucy Marsh American Inn of Court and the Intellectual Property American Inn of Court.
Outside of work, Hannah enjoys traveling, theater, and spending time with her family.
