Personal Experience

Ms. Taylor combines a background in business with a wide range of legal and personal experience to provide her clients with a uniquely practical perspective. Ms. Taylor left the corporate world and now practices primarily in the areas of estate and gift planning, probate, guardianship, asset protection, and estate administration. Ms. Taylor provides a holistic approach to estate planning by not only focusing on protecting her clients’ financial wealth but also help preserve their legacy, such as life stories and heirlooms. She is honored to have assisted hundreds of clients in their legacy planning.


Ms. Taylor earned her first law degree from the University of Tübingen in Germany and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law.


Outside the office, Ms. Taylor enjoys a wide variety of activities, including yoga, hiking, skiing, walking her dog, Cade, and motorcycling. She earned the Bronze Presidential Volunteer Service Award in 2010 for her work at the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office.


Ms. Taylor is committed to promoting the highest standards of excellence in the profession. Ms. Taylor is certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation.* Ms. Taylor is a member of the Colorado and El Paso County Bar Associations. She serves on the Board of Governors and on the Board for Continued Legal Education for the Colorado Bar Association. She also served as the chairperson of the El Paso County Probate Section from 2018 to 2019. She is admitted to practice law in Colorado state courts and to represent clients before the Department of Veterans Affairs.
